My MT5 account was blocked unexpectedly without any notice. I engaged only in standard buy/sell and simple hedge trades. After making a profit of $2,500, the service suddenly accused me of violating their rules but offered no evidence, no trade details, and no explanation. They ceased communication and retained my profit, permitting only the withdrawal of my initial deposit.
This conduct is utterly unjust and resembles a scam.

Furthermore, the company has ignored all support messages and even closed the live chat when I sought help. This behavior is unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency. A legitimate broker should never withhold client funds without explanation. I demand immediate processing of my withdrawal, reopening of communication channels, and a public clarification regarding this delay. If unresolved, I will continue to report the matter on international platforms and to financial authorities. The company must demonstrate that it values its clients and operates with integrity.
