5 stars for responsive customer service! We actually received a dress that we were not entirely pleased with. We believed it to be defective but White Fox didn't agree. However, after a continued dialogue with Sarah, she agreed to terms that were acceptable to us. Sarah went out of her way to ensure that we were happy with the resolution and I am extremely impressed. I had read some reviews prior that mentioned customer service was limited and lacking. I did not experience this. With a little time and patience, all has been resolved and I am confident that White Fox values their customers.
