My reason for review is the customer service, honestly was great sorting some returns and getting to the items we wanted.
Great quality clothing, sizing is a little interesting baggy in places and short in body but the good customer service returning stuff helps get I sorted

I bought a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas on November 29 and the pants did not fit but by the time she tried it on it was after December 29 your return policy of 30 days does not work during Christmas time. I was lucky enough to find a courteous person that extended it and let us return the pants.

I ordered jan 21 26. They charged my card 663 they didn't have complete order they refunded it 95 dollars from items being out of stock. I sent them 30 emails where's my refund or package. They Ended up sending me a email, claiming fraudulent activity on this purchase. They wanted me to take a screenshot of my bank statement or they were canceling the order within twenty four hours. I said I'm not doing that cancel the order. instead of them Keeping their word, they did not. They charged my card 576.68 and never sent any items it took over 50 emails for them finally to see this first, they claimed I received my items now they're trying to claim that they got lost in transit when I contacted. The UPS and found out they only printed out label.They never gave the package to u.P s. Now they are telling me they're giving me store credit or sending out my package. They do not have the items that I ordered well about ninety percent of them and the other ten percent I had already reordered because I didn't know what the hell they were doing. This company is disgustingly rude.Never writes you back and is scam artist.You cannot get your money back when you are entitled to it.And when they are at fault , they will not admit it , they will blame somebody else. Also I have written emails from them saying there canceling it and lied I am about to contact an attorney and call my card and tell them it's a scam. Order USA5270655 you owe me 576.68 I want my refund!

I have ordered 4 times 3 orders got sent 1 didn't for 576.68. It's going on 2 months it takes a week for what seems to be a robot emailing me back. Then they claim my order was delivered. It's a lie on their website it shows my order wasn't sent, and they said track my package. My package was never given to ups. I contacted ups they never got it. I have been asking for a refund for 2 months ! There is no number no one will call me ! This is for my 12 yr old daughter! They should be ashamed of themselves! I want my money refunded now! They are horrible with customer service. There is no customer service period they take your money then ignore you and don't send your stuff! White fox I want my money back on my card you are liars and theives!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE customer service!!! AI is the only thing you get a response from. No one ever responds on chat or via email. No phone number. They nickle and dime you on returns. The size chart is so off, their products run SO big, but they only give store credit on returns, so beware. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money ordering online from this company.

This is in response to customer service responding to me. If you’re ok with your customers spending $100 on a sweatshirt that’s rendered useless. You shouldn’t have customer service. They could’ve offered me a discount to rebuy it but no !!! I’ll be sur to keep whatever sweatshirts we have in a cool dark place away from sunlight

A few weeks ago I placed a fairly large 600$ order with white fox. Eight hoodies- gifts for my daughters friends on her birthday.
Immediately after placing the order I realized I selected the wrong size. A silly error that occasionally happens. No biggie. I'll just make a change to my order. I immediately reached out to the company. There is no phone number to call so I sent them an email. I heard nothing back. I messaged them. Heard nothing back. I messaged them on Instagram. Heard nothing back.
Finally, after three days they responded back to me and said there was nothing they could do. They already created a tracking number for my order and so they could not cancel my order.

Let me make something clear- my order still had not shipped. It was sitting there, and still sat there for an additional four days!

I thought about just making another order with the right size and just returning the old order but oops, can't do that because white fox doesn't do refunds. Only store credit.

The hoodies arrived, too small of course and I couldn't give them as party favors to the girls. Too bad. They would have been so excited.

I returned the hoodies to white fox. It cost me 200$ to return them. That's going from Canada to Australia. Whitefox does not pay for return shipping.

I'm currently waiting for them to receive my return and I cringe at what's going to happen when they recieve my order. More obstacles to face, more hurdles to jump over.

Usually, the more premium the brand the more customer service and customer care.
Not with this company. You can't help but feel they're just money hungry and don't care about the customer. What they forget is it's the customer that is the one buying there clothes.

And the customers are mostly teenagers and preteens. Don't they know who's footing the bill-all the parents. I told all my girlfriends about my experience and they are appalled by whitefox lack of care.

I hope my message reaches whitefox corporate and they make some changes.
Wish me luck. It's still not over.
Hoping this story ends with a happy ending.

5 stars for responsive customer service! We actually received a dress that we were not entirely pleased with. We believed it to be defective but White Fox didn't agree. However, after a continued dialogue with Sarah, she agreed to terms that were acceptable to us. Sarah went out of her way to ensure that we were happy with the resolution and I am extremely impressed. I had read some reviews prior that mentioned customer service was limited and lacking. I did not experience this. With a little time and patience, all has been resolved and I am confident that White Fox values their customers. Thank you Sarah for hearing our concerns and finding a solution. We appreciate your help!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a hoodie and jogging bottoms 3 weeks ago and they never arrived. Was told by customer services that they’d send out a replacement. 2 weeks have passed and nothings arrived. All my emails are now being ignored. So I’ve paid £72 and received nothing. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with this company in the past.
So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Ed Hardy has fantastic customer services.
