Horrible experience. I ordered 5 outfits for my 30 birthday. I followed sizing guidelines and only 1 item fit (a medium- when I am normally a large. All other items are larges and don’t fit). I tried to return and am only offered store credit. I spent $300 on my first order and am not able to be refunded. They hold your money hostage to make you keep buying their subpar items that aren’t sized correctly. Will never order from them again and highly recommend you stay away. Order was also 4 days late so had to purchase another outfit elsewhere before the order came in.
