I’m very disappointed with the quality of a dress I recently purchased.
The dress was worn once and washed once, exactly according to the care instructions on the label. After just that single wash, it noticeably lost its colour. For an item that is practically brand new, this is unacceptable.
I contacted customer service hoping for a reasonable solution, but unfortunately the issue was not resolved.
I expected much better quality and support. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in both product quality and customer service.
