I placed an order of a $174, i put in my new address , but for some reason it didn't take and it was going to my old address, i emailed the company 15 to 20 minutes after I noticed and had placed my order. Told him what happened and I was told I had to contact the shipping company because they can no longer change the address once the orders , placed, so I contacted the shipping company and they told me white fox had to fix my address. I then emailed them again and told them what the shipping company said.And they said , there's nothing they can do , and they're not liable for the address. So they get my hundred and seventy four dollars , and I get nothing.
