Front door handle broken of apartment when moving in.We were made to sign an inventory before being given the keys.Parking permits provided for the private parking expired January 17, we moved in 24 June 17! Had to wait a week for one to turn up after multiple arguments about it. Then several more days for the second one!A load of crap, rubbish, broken items filled our other room. Even previous tenants dirty bed sheets were there!Hole in wall which initially they refused to fix then they agreed to fix it.Mould along the entire wall which they denied before slipping up and saying there was some, still not removed!Refused several times to give us the code to get into the meter readings room. Then gave us readings which were lower than the reading EDF were provided on 28/04/17! We ended up getting the code of a neighbour and EDF are trying to fix the issue.The high beams (approximately 4m high) were absolutely filthy and most bulbs were out. finally got maintenance out, they cleaned they a little but only changed about 2 light bulbs, which I then found out whitegate charge for light bulbs being out when moving out! (that would have been convenient for them!)Finally the staff are extremely rude!I would highly recommend no one using them!
