If I could give no stars I would, I have had countless problems with this company but always hope the next delivery will be OK. This delivery dispute me paying extra for a named day delivery,on the day of what should of been delivery it got to 1.30 and I called white horse energy who rang delivery company, they said driver had not turned up so would not be delivering on the day, I said I needed them the day I had requested so white horse then rang me back to say they would courier them out so they would arrive by end of play.Nothing arrived as promised so I paid extra for a named day delivery, no phonecall telling me they wouldn't be delivered until I called them. I stayed in all day awaiting delivery and when I wrote a email of complaint they didn't even respond. I and two other people that I initially recommended to them have had enough of the shocking customer service and will be going elsewhere for future orders.They don't care what day you pay for your delivery it is when THEY want to deliver, so paying extra gets you nothing so a nice little extra earner for them by getting customers to pay extra and them not then fulfilling the order.
