Hello everyone, With winter approaching, I'm thrilled to come back as a satisfied customer and buy my second order of firewood. The birch wood I've selected burns wonderfully in our open fires. Excellent quality and delivery make for a perfect experience every time! Our cat, Tiger, gives it his stamp of approval too!
Complete disappointment. I was advised to email the company after sharing my thoughts on the product's quality, but my email bounced back. I doubt customers would choose eucalyptus for wood burners if there's uncertainty about the supplier's drying and seasoning process. It has a high oil content that could coat the flue with residue.
The delivery driver was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer care. He placed the pallet as close to my home as possible. The kiln-dried logs are excellent, well-packaged, and have a great burn time. My pallet should last until mid-February. Thank you!
My order was scheduled for delivery but never arrived. After rescheduling and receiving assurances multiple times, the delivery still failed. When I tried to cancel, they wanted to charge a fee. They eventually arrived a day early but couldn't offload the pallet properly. Unreliable and unhelpful.
The pellets are great, but the delivery was problematic. The truck had trouble navigating our road and relied solely on a forklift to move the pallet. The equipment struggled with the road surface and the weight. This wasn't well planned, though I've had no issues in the five years I've been purchasing.
