My experience with White Jacobs has been very bad. I am not surprised by the 5 star reviews they are fake. The person handling my case is Daniel Benitez he is very unprofessional and he called me a liar .I have brought this to Mr. Woods attention with no result crickets' have asked Daniel to be remove as my point of contact for the company. He has been lazy in getting my credit fixed still the same thing on my credit he is doing nothing. When I sign he told me that it would easy fix the miss report information on my credit. Well that has not been the case I have tried contact Daniel and I all get back is attitude and no real results. I would be ware of using this and make sure get everything in writing they say thing and is not true. I have contacted his manager I have not received any response at all. The only you can be sure of is that they will take your money. The company has signa contract that you cannot cancel the service until they are paid in full. Do not use this company do your research!!!!
