This was one of the worst rental experiences I have had.
While the Managing Director communicated professionally, my experience with the property consultant Anca Daniela and landlord Diana Putaru was extremely disappointing.
There was a lack of clarity regarding financial expectations, and I felt uncomfortable with how certain payments were handled. The situation left me feeling unsupported and unfairly treated.
I was also asked personal questions unrelated to the rental process, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
I would strongly encourage future clients to carefully review all terms and ensure everything is clearly documented before making any payments.
Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with them again.
Damian and his team are the most trusted property management team in Romania! I have been working with them for 4 years now: they fully renovated 3 of my properties, sold one, rented 2, and are currently managing everything related to my 3 properties in Bucharest: taxes, rental, property management, relationship with the notaries and the authorities, getting commercial papers, managing utilities… they are such a gem, especially for someone like me leaving overseas and not speaking Romanian.
