I have been really pleased with The Accountancy Partnership since using their services. I had recently set up as a Limited company, and their guidance along the way has been super useful. My designated accountant has always been on hand to answer questions, and regularly sends support tutorials across should he think I would find it useful. I find the Accountancy Partnership extremely helpful, I like using Pandle a very easy application that keeps my documents in order that the company provides, everyone is friendly and helpful my accountant Ben Salisbury is really helpful I still have a lot to learn, I find the Accountancy Hub really helpful as I am starting to get to the stage building my store and selling products I think in next week or two.
6-7 months for a basic review, had to chase them a lot, super delayed responses, and pretty significant oversights and errors in our taxes that thankfully we and another firm caught. Unfortunate money wasted and a lot of time wasted. Would recommend US expats use another firm - this isn't TAP's forte, nor did it seem they have bandwidth, but they'll give a good sales pitch so be wary!
