The reps, Nell and Caz, were brilliant and sorted all issues promptly. The booking and payments were easy. A way to improve things would be to have an app that actually works. The website had a few minor glitches when putting the data in. If the company wants the app to be used then it should actually work and load the information needed. For example if a code is needed for the transport or lift pass, it would be nice to be able to add them to the wallet for easy access.
