Went on a week long ski trip in Val Thorens as a group of 60 and the organisation from arriving at the coach transfer to getting back off a week later was 10/10. Our two reps Tim and Monique were there to help with anything at all, all week. They made sure everyone was welcome and informed about apres and nights out. Couldn't have ask for a better way to begin skiing. 11/10 for both of them.

We had an amazing trip with Whiteroad to Val Thorens. Our reps Tim and Monique were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. They went to and beyond to enhance our trip experience. The Whiteroad customer support on the app was great for making amendments to bookings - You simply chat to a real person and it gets sorted so quickly and easily. There's a lot going on in Val Thorens and Whiteroad makes sure you won't miss any of it! Would definitely book with Whiteroad again!!
Would never book again for the price and organisation was awful.Context two week ski holiday in tignes, France booked and organised through whiteroad.-Check in information was minimal at best giving a rough location and time.-no option gave for an earlier check in. When checking in for accommodation purely two keys and a circle on a map of the location was given (no further information)-accommodation itself, run down and tatty. Lower than the standards of a hostel. Latches were smashed in, doors missing and electrical sockets hanging off the walls.-bedding was beyond awful despite paying for ‘premium bedding’ we were handed disposal see through bedding. Christ you wouldn’t even see that at a hospital.-ski pass cancelled itself for the first week and hadn’t been booked for the full trip requiring to collect another. Simple admin that could have been done that wasn’t.-accommodation was not booked properly and was nearly forced to move out after the first week with no notice.Overall, planning was awful, the price is too much for what we have received. Would recommend to anyone to book the trip on your own and not through this 3rd party.
The reps, Nell and Caz, were brilliant and sorted all issues promptly. The booking and payments were easy. A way to improve things would be to have an app that actually works. The website had a few minor glitches when putting the data in. If the company wants the app to be used then it should actually work and load the information needed. For example if a code is needed for the transport or lift pass, it would be nice to be able to add them to the wallet for easy access.
