Whitesky is absolutly the worst internet provider on the market. if your housing development has whitesky AVOID IT ALL COSTS. They have the worst customer service I have ever had (whenever I can get customer service rep on the actual phone) I have been waiting to get an issue resolved for a MONTH. Ive called every day for over a month and I always get the same response "we have escalated your ticket. A tier 2 rep will contact you shortly" its been 2 weeks .... still a tier 2 rep has not contacted me ... I waited 2 weeks prior to get a tier 1 rep .. my ticket number for when Whitesky sees this. im leaving a review on every site possible. I hope your company tanks. T-1183385
