Strongly advise against this provider

I cannot recommend this Wi-Fi service. The support team is uninformed and unable to assist with my connectivity issues. This provider is unreliable and offers a poor experience.

Pay attention to the negative feedback

Take all negative reviews seriously. Today marks 14 days since I opened a support ticket, and I've yet to receive a callback. I've called multiple times daily and can't reach anyone from their specialist team. This has been the worst internet experience I've ever had.

Do not move in if this provider is involved

Refrain from moving into an apartment complex that uses this internet service if you want reliable connections. You will have to pay for it regardless of your usage, and compensation for outages is virtually nonexistent. Expect frequent downtimes without any alternative options.

The apartment complex I live in forces us to use this internet provider, and had I known how poor the service is, I would not have signed a lease. Frequent disconnects and outages are common, and the support is completely ineffective.
