Do yourself a favor and avoid using this ISP. Frequent outages, poor speeds and connection. Customer service is basically useless and non existent. Still waiting on a service ticket that was opened last week and no call, email, or text.
Take all negative reviews seriously. Today marks 14 days since I opened a support ticket, and I've yet to receive a callback. I've called multiple times daily and can't reach anyone from their specialist team. This has been the worst internet experience I've ever had.

Refrain from moving into an apartment complex that uses this internet service if you want reliable connections. You will have to pay for it regardless of your usage, and compensation for outages is virtually nonexistent. Expect frequent downtimes without any alternative options.
