I purchased my Audi A7 from Whitehor last year. The initial sales process and handover were excellent, which is why I am giving two stars. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was professional.However, a serious issue emerged shortly after the purchase which has been poorly handled by the dealer.The Issue:The car was sold with two keys, but only one is functional and assigned to the vehicle. The second key is an unassigned spare that is useless. More critically, the primary (assigned) key is faulty and frequently fails to be read by the car's computer, preventing the vehicle from starting or opening. This is a significant operational inconvenience and security risk.Lack of Resolution:I sent an email to the dealership detailing this critical issue few months ago but I have not received a single reply or acknowledgement.The dealership needs to honor the purchase agreement by providing two fully functional, correctly assigned keys and respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
