I have been a regular customer since 2002. Then I learned about an incident where a staff member at a branch forced two potential customers out due to their clothing. I reached out to the company to inquire about their policy on customer attire. I was promised a response within 4 days, but after 9 days, I still had not heard back. It has now been 15 days since my initial email, and I have sent another request for a response. The silence indicates that the company does not value its customers or their loyalty. Until I receive a proper response or a public statement clarifying their stance, I will no longer be making purchases.
