I will never spend money with this company again after the disgraceful video of blatant discrimination went viral. A sincere apology and accountability would have indicated some awareness, but instead, they opted for the cowardly tactic of silencing voices by disabling comments. We make our voices heard through our wallets, and we will not support businesses that act in such shamefully ignorant manners.

I have been a regular customer since 2002. Then I learned about an incident where a staff member at a branch forced two potential customers out due to their clothing. I reached out to the company to inquire about their policy on customer attire. I was promised a response within 4 days, but after 9 days, I still had not heard back. It has now been 15 days since my initial email, and I have sent another request for a response. The silence indicates that the company does not value its customers or their loyalty. Until I receive a proper response or a public statement clarifying their stance, I will no longer be making purchases.

Impressive Service and Speedy Delivery

Great experience both online and in-store. I placed an order yesterday morning, and my parcel arrived by 9:33 am today—less than 24 hours later, even during the busy holiday season. I'm excited to use my new product and enjoy some delicious hot chocolate. Pros: Fast delivery, delightful hot chocolate. Cons: Slightly pricey, but you get a premium product. I highly recommend it, especially for fans of hot chocolate.
