I very much appreciate the ethos of the company and the product which is of high quality. However I feel your advertising is hugely misleading and unnecessary.
You base your efforts to draw people to your product on the basis that there are double the sheets per roll. This would infer that a roll should last twice as long as a normal toilet roll.
In real terms though the sheets are considerably smaller than a normal roll and so this feature should not be used as a selling point. You are not comparing like for like. This is misleading and a pointless comparison. Your product should just speak for itself. Be honest to customers and they will buy from you because they want to. You have introduced a comparison and when someone does compare they look at the size of the sheets and feel cheated and ripped off.
I like the fact that the paper is thinner. It is better for the drains as it disintegrates quicker and is less likely to block the system. This is better for the environment and the price encourages me to use less. I will continue to buy for these reasons and for what the company contributes to which I want to be a part of but has nothing to do with the size or number of the sheets.
I advise you to rethink your advertising focus
