I very much appreciate the ethos of the company and the product which is of high quality. However I feel your advertising is hugely misleading and unnecessary.
You base your efforts to draw people to your product on the basis that there are double the sheets per roll. This would infer that a roll should last twice as long as a normal toilet roll.
In real terms though the sheets are considerably smaller than a normal roll and so this feature should not be used as a selling point. You are not comparing like for like. This is misleading and a pointless comparison. Your product should just speak for itself. Be honest to customers and they will buy from you because they want to. You have introduced a comparison and when someone does compare they look at the size of the sheets and feel cheated and ripped off.
I like the fact that the paper is thinner. It is better for the drains as it disintegrates quicker and is less likely to block the system. This is better for the environment and the price encourages me to use less. I will continue to buy for these reasons and for what the company contributes to which I want to be a part of but has nothing to do with the size or number of the sheets.
I advise you to rethink your advertising focus
Communication isn’t this companies priority, nor is refunding customers that haven’t received there order! I am now 12 days after the refund has supposedly been issued, whereby ‘who gives a crap’ profited from holding an extra five weeks, when will my refund be paid? When will you give a crap? And when will your response accordingly to me asking it’s passed beyond a joke
Shocking, shambolic and overall ‘Crap’ service!
After three weeks my order didn’t arrive to then be told by Denver {AI generated responses} that the courier couldn’t find the house, LOL. Another order would be shipped for the next day, no surprise, two weeks after still no order! Who gives a CRAP don’t give a CRAP to there customers. The AI response always sends a reply two to three days later and always after 1am in the morning when customers are in bed, you never get a sorry, recompense or support or even be able to TALK TO SOMEONE. I would NEVER use this company again as there service levels are so bad it’s incredibly. Six plus weeks later I am STILL, YES, STILL waiting for my money back shocking and bloody outrageous.
I really enjoy this loo roll, and the vibrant, funky packaging adds a nice touch to the bathroom! The only drawback is the delivery service, which has caused some issues for me. I've had two orders go missing, leading to a frustrating back-and-forth with the automated services of the delivery provider and the seller. It can be a bit challenging when problems arise.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been a long-time customer with a subscription delivery for years. The quality of the product has noticeably declined, and the delivery personnel in this region seem completely indifferent. Customer support is a contradiction in terms at this organization—they are just as unhelpful. It takes days to receive an email response, there’s no phone or chat option, and fulfilling an order takes weeks. Trying to make changes to your subscription is nearly impossible, though updating payment details is straightforward. It’s baffling! The hassle isn’t worth it, so I’ve switched back to purchasing from stores. 0/10 Please improve!
I can’t find any faults with this service. The recurring delivery is enjoyable and simple to navigate, supported by a well-designed website. The paper quality is impressive—so soft, and the rolls are quite long. I hope they consider offering an unbleached version in the future.

I can’t comprehend the low ratings. I've been using this service for years. Their customer support is exceptional, especially from one representative. The quality is fantastic and soft (I wouldn’t switch to anything else now), and the packaging is beautifully designed. I absolutely love it!
I've had a subscription for over a year, and I think the quality has declined slightly, but I plan to stick with them a bit longer. My latest delivery was mishandled by the driver, but their customer service team responded quickly and kindly. I just hope the price doesn’t increase further, or I might have to consider other options.
