I appreciated having my favorite yogurt and tortillas delivered. However, the tortillas arrived thawed when they were supposed to be frozen. The delivery took a slow six days with no email confirmation regarding shipping times. The package was left in an unsecured location, contrary to my request due to my disability. Additionally, the delivery included a polystyrene box with plastic ice packs, which are not environmentally friendly and hard to dispose of. Disappointing, but the yogurt was excellent!
