I ordered the vegan Yorkshire pudding and was not disappointed. I haven’t had a Yorkshire pudding for over 30 years (since going vegan) and can’t say I noticed the difference. Thoroughly enjoyed by me and my non-vegan husband. Will definitely be buying again. Plus the ease of ordering and delivery was easy and efficient.
The item were delivered on time very early in the morning which meant I didernt have to wait in. The product was frozen and I was a little worried it might defrost but all was fine still frozen. I would use again eventhough I paid a lot in delivery due to it needing to be kept frozen.

After a recent hospital visit for kidney issues, I now need to focus on healthy, low-salt foods. While shopping, I discovered that wholemeal bread and cheese in supermarkets aren't low in salt. I found a service offering low-salt breads and cheeses that are both delicious and completely healthy.
Great selection of plant-based foods. The service is commendable, but it's unfortunate that they use sheep's wool liners for wrapping chilled and frozen items. Although they have Styrofoam boxes as an alternative, my request to use those was ignored, and my chilled items were wrapped in sheep's wool instead. Quite disappointing.
I appreciated having my favorite yogurt and tortillas delivered. However, the tortillas arrived thawed when they were supposed to be frozen. The delivery took a slow six days with no email confirmation regarding shipping times. The package was left in an unsecured location, contrary to my request due to my disability. Additionally, the delivery included a polystyrene box with plastic ice packs, which are not environmentally friendly and hard to dispose of. Disappointing, but the yogurt was excellent!
The order itself arrived well-packaged without any issues. However, the courier service was lacking—only half an hour notice before delivery, and the package was left next to the door in an unsafe area. Fortunately, I was home to retrieve it.
