I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a 700mm shower screen, and it took two weeks to arrive. 😵💫 By now, we've gotten used to messy showers. To my surprise, the screen delivered is only 670mm. 🙈😵💫 I called customer support hoping for a solution, but was told to email the complaints team and wait since it was nearly Christmas. I emailed, hoping for a workaround or at least a return option, but here we are on January 6th with no response. 🙈 However, I had a great conversation with another plumbing service last Friday, who suggested a fantastic workaround involving spacers, which I later found out the company actually sells. Their solution arrived yesterday in less than two working days for a minimal shipping fee. It's time for the company to step up their customer service! 😵💫
