We visited today at Whole domestic, Hillington park, Glasgow and had a wonderful experience. The Sales Advisor Andrea Arraiol explained all the products and every single detail to us very clearly and patiently. We took quite a lot of her time, but she remained extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout.
She answered all of our questions with a smile and made sure we fully understood everything before making any decisions. Her positive attitude and friendly nature made us feel very comfortable and valued as customers.
It was truly a pleasure meeting her, and we really appreciated the time and effort she gave us. Thank you for such outstanding service — we would definitely recommend this place to others!
I have been in and out trying to choose my full bathroom for weeks now and have found every sales assistant a fantastic help. In particular Lindsay, Ash and the manager were brilliant help and couldn’t be more friendly. I would highly recommend coming to Wholesale Domestic for your bathroom, tiling and radiators.

I was in the process of refitting my WC and encountered a scheduling mix-up on my part, which required me to place and collect an order on very short notice. This situation was quite stressful, but the representative who assisted me was outstanding. She helped ease my anxiety and meticulously reviewed my order to ensure everything was accurate and nothing was overlooked. I want to express my gratitude for her excellent service and support. The WC looks fantastic now that the work is completed!
If I could rate this experience lower, I would. I ordered a 700mm shower screen, which took two weeks to arrive. 😵💫 By now, we've adjusted to having messy showers. To my dismay, the delivered screen measures only 670mm. 🙈😵💫 I reached out to customer support hoping for a solution but was met with indifference, especially since it was close to Christmas—just advised to email the complaints team and wait. I did email, hoping for a workaround or at least a return option, yet here we are on January 6th with no response. 🙈 However, I did have a productive conversation with another plumbing service last Friday, who suggested a great workaround involving spacers, which I later discovered is something the company sells. Their solution arrived yesterday in less than two working days with minimal shipping charges. It's time for the company to improve its customer service!
