If I could rate this experience lower, I would. I ordered a 700mm shower screen, which took two weeks to arrive. 😵💫 By now, we've adjusted to having messy showers. To my dismay, the delivered screen measures only 670mm. 🙈😵💫 I reached out to customer support hoping for a solution but was met with indifference, especially since it was close to Christmas—just advised to email the complaints team and wait. I did email, hoping for a workaround or at least a return option, yet here we are on January 6th with no response. 🙈 However, I did have a productive conversation with another plumbing service last Friday, who suggested a great workaround involving spacers, which I later discovered is something the company sells. Their solution arrived yesterday in less than two working days with minimal shipping charges. It's time for the company to improve its customer service!
