I am very disappointed with this service. From the start, they assured me that there would be no cancellation fee. However, today I received a call attempting to charge me $700 simply for canceling. This feels misleading and unprofessional. A service should uphold its promises rather than change the terms unexpectedly. After this experience, I no longer trust them and cannot recommend engaging with them. Additionally, they sent me incorrect equipment, and despite numerous calls asking for the correct item, I received no assistance or follow-up.
