I called from Skeeter's Design in to Wholesale payments with a question concerning a rate change to my account, had to ask them to call me back due to a customer showing up. Haley Hill called me back and did a great job of explaining what was going on. She was very professional and helpful.
I am very disappointed with this service. From the start, they assured me that there would be no cancellation fee. However, today I received a call attempting to charge me $700 simply for canceling. This feels misleading and unprofessional. A service should uphold its promises rather than change the terms unexpectedly. After this experience, I no longer trust them and cannot recommend engaging with them. Additionally, they sent me incorrect equipment, and despite numerous calls asking for the correct item, I received no assistance or follow-up.
We really appreciate how responsive our representative is whenever we reach out about any issues, which are quite rare. The pricing is very reasonable and competitive. We've only encountered one issue, and it was due to our own mistake, not theirs.
