Requested a refund in writing within hours — refused by an AI-driven support system with generic replies, despite WHOOP's own Terms stating: "If you are inadvertently charged for a Membership and provide us with written notice of the error, WHOOP will have the charges reversed."

Beyond the refund issue: the "monthly" billing option is misleading — it's only available after a 12-month commitment. Trial users are effectively locked into annual billing the moment the trial ends.
