Very disappointed with my experience. I did not feel valued as a customer, and the overall experience was non-empathetic and disconnected. The responses felt impersonal and not genuinely engaged with my concern, which is not what one expects from a premium membership service.

Additionally, if the product is meant to be worn 24/7, it should be lighter and made of materials that do not cause skin dryness or irritation with continuous use.As a result of this experience, I have decided not to renew my membership.

I confirm, the free trial isn't free. They charge you without presenting you with clear options, so you think you'll give your credit card information and have 1-2 months of trial (depends on how you got it), but apparently, it doesn't work like that. I'll never support a company that treats its customers like that.

I never write reviews, but this has been beyond frustrating.

Customer support is honestly the worst I’ve dealt with. It’s nearly impossible to cancel, even when going directly through the app. Their AI chatbot keeps crashing, so you can’t even get through the cancellation process properly. The whole experience just feels broken and unnecessarily complicated.

What makes it worse is that I originally reached out because I wanted to upgrade. Instead, the process has been so frustrating that now I just want to cancel altogether — and somehow that’s just as difficult. It shouldn’t be this hard to upgrade or cancel a membership.

I absolutely hate this device, my husband and I paid the annual membership. I set up my wrist band and it continuously became loose to the point where it came off my hand somewhere at the mall without me noticing cause I’m a mom carrying my diaper bag and baby and not able to monitor this stupid band 24/7. I emailed for a replacement for free since I had only used it for 7 days and it completely came off while at the mall, wearing my jacket or to cancel and refund me 50% of the value of the membership. Their response took forever and it was either canceling the whole membership and returning both devices or to buy a new whoop device. We ordered the device again for $75 insane!!! I don’t even think the features are worth it and I regret every single thing about going on an annual membership with such useless device. I should have stayed with an Apple Watch.

Been using it for almost 6 years now. The technology and interface and data keep getting better. You can get information and see trends you never would have known existed. I would not have remembered just how bad my sleep was 4 years ago for example, but I can access it and see just how much I've changed at any moment.

Ultimately its purpose is to collect data, and it does that.
Eventually it may actually be able to accurately tell you what that means because it is trying.

Been a user for many years, started with the 3.0 and just upgraded to the 5.0. I lost my 4.0 and took three months off to decide if I went to another wearable or upgrade. During that time, I found out my families heart issues were little deeper than I initially thought. That along with it being HSA/FSA qualified, I upgraded to the 5.0 MG.

Downsides - Cost is biggest turn off. Especially having so many bands for the 4.0 that now are pointless, I will have to work on rebuilding my collection. EKG - the main reason I went MG was for this feature. It took almost 15 tries to get it to finally register but since has been much better.

Upsides - Battery Life is amazing on MG. Other features such as Health Span & being able to add your lab work is a helpful addition along with calculating muscular load for workouts.

Missing feature is still GPS as well as a link to a nutrient tracking app or nutrition tracking inside the app

Whoop is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had.
They have carefully and meticulously planned on ways on how to extract the most amount of money from a user.

I ordered a whoop , but hadn’t activated it for a couple of weeks, and they charged me about $160 for not starting my device. Can you believe it, I got a device and only cause I couldn’t pair it on time, they charged me a ‘restocking fee’.

They offer practically no customer support. My son, who has used whoop for a year, has described it as an absolute scam based on the subscription. Every single button on the app is carefully planned so as to extract more money from you. They even don’t have a cancel membership button on the app at all!!!

I have switched to a one time purchase - Amazfit, and it has so far given me everything and more. Never go for the whoop, they are a ship fast sinking

Feels cheap plastic and band keeps sliding down. But when you adjust slightly it digs in your skin. If you train arms and get extra pump in your forearms its just pain in the a** to adjust it every time slightly. I had horrible night of sleep i kept waking up loads of times and next day i felt so tired but whoop said i have 83% recovery and i should be ready to go. I know my body too well to listen to whoop. 2 weeks in and my wrist is annoying me so much dont know how im gonna do it for 1 year unless i have to invest in another band thats like 50£. Crazy…
