Been a user for many years, started with the 3.0 and just upgraded to the 5.0. I lost my 4.0 and took three months off to decide if I went to another wearable or upgrade. During that time, I found out my families heart issues were little deeper than I initially thought. That along with it being HSA/FSA qualified, I upgraded to the 5.0 MG.
Downsides - Cost is biggest turn off. Especially having so many bands for the 4.0 that now are pointless, I will have to work on rebuilding my collection. EKG - the main reason I went MG was for this feature. It took almost 15 tries to get it to finally register but since has been much better.
Upsides - Battery Life is amazing on MG. Other features such as Health Span & being able to add your lab work is a helpful addition along with calculating muscular load for workouts.
Missing feature is still GPS as well as a link to a nutrient tracking app or nutrition tracking inside the app
