This experience was entirely unacceptable! The customer support was the worst I've ever encountered. Additionally, I had no way of knowing how much the service deducted from my sale, which left me with far less money than I had anticipated. What transpired:
After I listed my item for sale, I needed to move it sooner than expected. Once it was purchased, I messaged the buyer to explain my situation and requested a cancellation of the sale. They refused outright.
I reached out to the support team for help with canceling the sale due to my circumstances, but they denied my request. As a seller, I found there was no option to cancel.
The buyer was very persistent and showed up at my location for pickup instead of using the shipping method provided by the service. I felt trapped because they insisted they had already paid the service and I should just wait for my payment. I asked them to cancel the sale on their side so we could resolve it privately. Initially, they agreed, but after taking my item, they reverted to claiming they had already paid the service.
I contacted the service again to explain my situation, but they refused to cancel the sale, and their support (or automated service) ceased responding when I inquired about my payment status.
It took five days and twelve emails just to get a clear answer.
AVOID THIS APP; it's simply dreadful.
