Pretty much everything has gone wrong with my purchase. First it took several days for them to find the wire I sent them as payment the item. And now I am waiting for shipping info such as a tracking number. I email on a regular basis and no one responds to me. I have no idea if my item shipped or when I can expect it. I have asked for a refund and again no response.
