This experience was completely unacceptable! I faced the worst customer support I've ever encountered. Additionally, there's no transparency regarding how much the service deducts from your sale, which resulted in me receiving significantly less money than I expected. What happened:
After listing my item for sale, I needed to move it sooner than anticipated. Once it was purchased, I messaged the buyer to explain my situation and requested a cancellation. They refused outright.
I reached out to the support team to request a cancellation due to my circumstances, but they denied my request. As a seller, there was no option to cancel the sale.
The buyer was very insistent and showed up at my location for pickup instead of using the shipping option provided by the service. Ultimately, I felt trapped since they claimed they had already paid the service and insisted I should wait for my payment. I asked them to cancel the sale on their end so we could sort it out privately. They initially agreed, but after taking my item, they reverted to claiming they had already paid the service.
I contacted the service again to explain my situation, but they refused to cancel the sale, and their support (or automated service) stopped responding when I inquired about my payment status.
It took me five days and twelve emails just to get a definitive answer.
AVOID THIS APP; it's simply dreadful.
