I ordered a ballpoint pen - twice. Each time I received a fountain pen of the same make, but a different style. I kept the first fountain pen as a gift, but returned the second to store - they scanned the bar code which was for the correct item, but the outer cardboard cover had been put on the incorrect pen box.
