During my visit to an airport store, I asked for a bag for my sanitary products to avoid carrying them openly. The staff member told me there were no bags available, despite seeing some under the counter, stating they were reserved for higher spending customers. It seems that customer needs were not a priority.
I visited a store at Dublin Airport and requested a bag for my sanitary products, as I didn’t want to walk through the terminal with them. The attendant told me they had no bags available, even though I saw some under the counter. She mentioned those were reserved for customers spending a significant amount. It left me feeling that the customer isn't always right.
The service I received was outstanding, even though I noticed the station manager speaking very rudely to the staff member during a busy time when she was working alone. This treatment seemed very unfair and unprofessional. I would rate her five stars for the excellent service she provided under difficult circumstances.
After a long journey, I entered a store in Paddington station to buy a lovely gift. However, I was confronted aggressively by security, who questioned my presence in the store. It was humiliating and made me feel like a criminal. All I wanted was to browse without being treated like a suspect. This experience ruined my day and left me feeling degraded.
I visited a store to drop off a parcel and followed the assistant's instructions to fill out a form. When I returned, I was met with rudeness from the staff, who insisted I move to the other side of the queue without reason. Their aggressive tone felt unnecessary and personal. I only wanted to complete my drop-off quickly and was met with shocking rudeness.
I intended to buy items for my journey but was told that I could only drink from a bottle or can. I was left without any option, as I prefer not to use those. The dismissive attitude of the staff was disappointing, especially since I remember when the company had a better reputation.
