We began with Why Unified in June 2024.
Our experience was very disappointing. In our opinion, Why Unified is not operating like a legitimate company that provides real service or measurable results. Communication has been extremely poor, and it has been nearly impossible to get in direct contact with anyone for support.
We invested around $7,000 to cautiously try the Amazon platform store. There were several add-on options and additional platform opportunities presented to us, and I am very grateful we did not invest further.
The information we were given during the sales process, including the money-back promises and the claim of “0 risk” with “100% promise of sales,” was a major reason we decided to move forward. Unfortunately, those claims did not match our actual experience.
Throughout the year, we were far from impressed. There were multiple times Amazon contacted us directly as the seller to warn that items were overpriced or not competitive. In order to remain in compliance with Why Unified’s platform and business model, we still allowed them to continue managing the pricing and inventory selections.
After a full year, no sales were made as of July 2025. Since then, we have had no success getting in contact with anyone regarding the return of funds for the unsold inventory credits or the money-back guarantee tied to the lack of profit.
Based on our experience, the promises made upfront were not honored, and the support after enrollment has been extremely lacking.
I would not recommend this company and would advise strongly against investing any funds.
