Review Time
I signed up with Why Unified (Why Unified Corp) after being explicitly told they could generate around $200,000 per year in revenue for me. That promise was a major factor in my decision to move forward and pay them.
It has now been one full year, and the total revenue generated is $390—nowhere close to what was represented to me before I paid.
After raising concerns about the results and asking for accountability, I began experiencing serious communication issues. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times by phone and email, and at this point I am not receiving responses.
Based on my experience, I believe the revenue claims used to sell the service were misleading, and the lack of communication afterward is unacceptable. I feel financially misled and abandoned once payment was made.
I am now filing complaints with Florida consumer protection agencies and pursuing all available remedies. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to get all revenue claims in writing, understand refund terms clearly, and proceed with extreme caution
I was told over two weeks ago I got the loan. Issue now going on 3 weeks, still no loan and can't tell me why. I was told the final people will call to arrange getting money. Now when I call they wont answer, They have it fixed to not take call. Ruby instructed me to buy items to improve score and something else. The cost of all these things were 70 dollars, So I stuck with something I don't need and to try how to get it cancelled. At first I thought it was going to good but it went rotten So beware of them and how you get treated after getting tne
I feel compelled to warn others about this service. I invested $21,000 in a managed e-commerce plan a year ago, expecting them to manage my accounts and drive sales as per our agreement. Unfortunately, I have seen no results. When I requested a refund according to the contract, they went silent. They blocked my access to the compliance dashboard and refuse to return my investment. I have all necessary documentation proving their breach of contract and am now forced to pursue legal action and file complaints with the relevant authorities. Their 'passive income' claims are misleading—this $21k investment has been a costly error. After attempting to reach out in early December, my account was disabled, and I am unable to log in or reset my password. This occurred simply because I asked for a refund. I am determined to take legal action against the company and its representatives for this situation. I have also reached out to several media outlets for coverage. I will not rest until I recover my money.
Caution: Guarantees hold no value. I received absolutely no sales over the course of a year, and they refuse to issue a refund as promised. I've been battling for a refund for a year now, but they have shut down all support. I am now forced to take legal action.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH WHY UNIFIED — THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
Here’s exactly what happened to me, and this is the letter I sent to the BBB trying to get my money back:
I signed a contract with Why Unified on June 28, 2024 for their “done-for-you” Amazon store. Two days later, I paid $13,724 by check. Their contract clearly states that if I’m unhappy at the end of the one-year term (June 28, 2025), I can cancel and get a full refund.
Well, over that entire year they tried selling three products for me — not a single sale came in. Every time I asked for real numbers or guidance, I’d get vague lines like “you’re close to the necessary metrics,” but never any actual data.
Meanwhile, Amazon charged me $39.99/month until December 2024… when the charges suddenly stopped. That’s how I discovered my store had quietly been deactivated. No notice, no explanation.
Before my contract ended, I emailed their Compliance Department to cancel and request my refund exactly as the contract allows. It’s been over 30 days since then — endless follow-up calls, but no answers. They keep telling me I have to wait for a “compliance portal” that still isn’t functional. Compliance doesn’t answer calls or emails, and apparently they don’t have a phone number.
I requested a full refund of $13,963.94 (my payment + Amazon fees) just as the contract promises.
Their response to my BBB complaint?
They said everything must go through their “secure Compliance Dashboard” — which, conveniently, I can’t access because my identity is “still being verified.” Their own page says it only takes 1–2 business days. It has now been a full month since October 30th, and I still have no access, no updates, no contact, no resolution.
It is now November 30, 2025 — and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.
So yes — based on my experience, this company is a scam, and I’m going to keep posting my story anywhere I can to warn people before they lose money like I did.
If you're wondering whether to invest with Why Unified:
Don’t!!! Run!
I wish someone had warned me the way I’m warning you now.
The first month after I signed up with Whyunified was a bit bumpy, I couldn't figure out the dashboard and I was a bit lost on the progress and process which made me feel like nothing was happening. I even almost cancelled my subscription. Now I'm glad I didn't cancel, because once they walk me through how to use the dashboard I see the difference. Now my store numbers make sense. I'm completely in love with the reporting system and how it integrates with my Walmart store too. I can see the orders and future projections in the same place. That gives me peace of mind because I know what to expect in the upcoming days, weeks and months. And, I am very happy with the recent updates you made.
I made the decision to start with the free store and to be honest it was not that special because the products are not as popular on the paid plans so i upgraded and now my account is being setup. I am hoping that everything will work out like it says it would but the support is really good compared to the free plan already
What most people won’t tell you is that you gotta keep putting in money for inventory which makes sense. You can sell what you don’t have. Don’t even bother starting off with just the bare minimum. You won’t get anywhere fast with that. If you’re going to do this I highly recommend starting off with at least $3k for inventory. That’ll help you make some good money. The bare minimum makes you bare minimum money. But if you’re actually looking to make some good dough from this then go for higher. Then take the money you make and reinvest 80% of it back into inventory. The name of the game is inventory so the more you have the more you sell and make. Once your inventory is around $10k+ then you’re banking. Now you’re finally playing with the big boys and will start to see life changing money. It took me a long time to figure this out. I was upset with the slow growth at first and I didn’t want to listen. But when I finally said screw it and bought more inventory that’s when I saw change. I was a believer. But I had to take that step. I had to go all in. Otherwise, you’re just kicking the can around. You might as well just start off strong from the start and see where it takes you. Then once you got enough inventory start selling on the other channels as well. The more places you’re selling the better. You’ll have more customers which means people are buying from you twice as fast. Which means inventory selling twice as fast. Which means you’re making money twice as fast.
I signed up at the beginning of July 20 25 and have yet to launch a store. I followed all instructions and have had many phone calls where they just keep giving me one excuse after another. They keep saying they’re doing updates on their system and currently you can’t even schedule a phone call for the last three weeks. As of today you couldn’t even call them. They say the phone system is also being updated. At this point, I would say I’ve been taken and maybe even that they’re out of business. There is no reason that my store hasn’t launched in five months. I purchased a Walmart managed store and added for fulfillment credits and just keep being told the same thing over and over again. I was even told by rep, who I thought was the most professional, that they can no longer condone my phone calls. I will say that he was referring to me calling two days in a row Because on Thursday a customer service rep was trying to find out info and told me the best thing for me to do was to schedule a call for the next day in order to find out the response from the backend team. I don’t know about you, but I have never dealt with any business where the customer service tells me that they have no info to give me at this time sorry, after they have taken you for thousands of dollars. I’ve been told I’ll get a phone call directly from rep updating me on my store and that was probably close to two months ago. I would love to be able to come back and update this with good news, but I’m very doubtful. This has been by far the most horrible and stressful experience I’ve ever had. I know I signed a contract, but they are not holding up their end of the deal and I would really like a refund and to no longer do business with them. I took out reps name as per your request but understand that I was not complaining about him as much as your company and its lack of customer service and legit answers. If anything, I feel sorry for them taking the brunt of people's frustrations on a daily. And please don't come back and say you can't locate my account because i'm using my icloud email to do this review instead of my gmail acct that I signed up with...
The team is great and super professional. I had thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with the sales rep. They guided me through the entire process. They always answered my questions and replied back pretty quickly. I signed up for Walmart and my onboarding specialist guided me through everything and got my store up and running really quickly. Now I’m selling brand name products you can find in most households. The team is super nice and well mannered. You don’t find a lot of that these days. Most of the time people are rude and uncaring. But everyone I talked to made me feel like a valued customer.
