Order placed on 21-OCT-2025 has not yet shipped, despite repeated claims from the company about improvements in their production and shipping processes. When I made the purchase, it was promised to ship in three weeks or less. Unfortunately, this has proven to be untrue. I've received two emails regarding delays, indicating that their business practices remain unchanged. It's advisable to read the numerous negative reviews that reflect actual experiences. It seems that the company may be acquiring positive reviews, as the service for real customers continues to be disappointing.
