I was initially unsure about the price of this stand, but I decided to purchase it because I wanted a high-quality option for displaying the falcon. It exceeded my expectations; the stand truly enhances the falcon's presence in any room, and the quality makes the investment worthwhile.
Regrettably, I cannot endorse this product. One of the side pieces arrived cracked. I reached out to the support team regarding this issue. The instructions are difficult to understand. Overall, I am quite dissatisfied, especially considering the price paid. This was a holiday gift for my partner, and I feel very disappointed.
I received a response the very next day, despite an email indicating it would take 1 to 2 weeks! I was missing screws from an order placed in May, which we are just now addressing. In no time, the representative had an order for the screws placed and shipped out. This level of customer service is exceptional and truly appreciated. Additionally, the product quality is fantastic. I'm eager to order more!
Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The ordering process was straightforward, and my order arrived promptly. Although my gift with purchase didn't arrive initially, a quick email resolved the issue, and I'm now waiting for its arrival. The case is exceptionally crafted (I chose the limited edition collectors case), and the design is beautiful. Everything was well-packaged, and there were no issues with the items received. It was easy to assemble, though slightly clearer instructions might have been beneficial; however, as it was my first case, it could have just been me. I will definitely return for more as I work on my next large sets. Highly recommended.
Order placed on 21-OCT-2025 has not yet shipped, despite repeated claims from the company about improvements in their production and shipping processes. When I made the purchase, it was promised to ship in three weeks or less. Unfortunately, this has proven to be untrue. I've received two emails regarding delays, indicating that their business practices remain unchanged. It's advisable to read the numerous negative reviews that reflect actual experiences. It seems that the company may be acquiring positive reviews, as the service for real customers continues to be disappointing.
The website and ordering process are very efficient. I was ordering for family who changed their minds; although the system wouldn’t let us swap products, the customer service from the wonderful representative was able to cancel the order, allowing us to place a corrected one almost immediately. Love the products!
