Ordered a bulldog spade 6/4/26 (Monday) paid £4 delivery for delivery on Friday. Friday came and no tracking info or contact.
I went on live chat and asked if it was coming. After being on live chat for 45 minutes - all he could do was raise with DX the courier. 3 - 4 messages over 45 minutes.
11/4/26 I raised a help ticket as still no contact or sign of delivery.
14/4/26 customer service reply after ‘checking the investigation’ it shows the order is ‘unscanned’. Offered refund or redelivery. Asked for refund given it is so late. 8 days after order a not even scanners
14/4/25 receive another email outside ticket from another member of staff apologising my item is unscanned. Asking what date suits for a resend. After I’ve already asked for a refund

What an organised mess. Why offer delivery day for a single item if cannot meet. Extremely put off ordering from wickes again
