After filling out the form with the correct address, I paid for the shipping and dropped it off at the post office. The representative assured me they would track the return, but I received no updates afterward. I followed up with an email after the chat option expired, and after a day, I was asked about the address I used for the return, despite prior assurances of tracking. This was my first premium hoodie purchase, and while I acknowledge it was my mistake in ordering the wrong size, the return process felt uncertain, and I was concerned it might not reach the correct destination. After no updates from the service, I even contacted my bank for a refund, but they eventually processed it. Initially, reaching out was easy, but the lack of communication was frustrating. The representatives seem friendly, but the absence of updates made me hesitant to invest over 140 CAD in a single hoodie again. I wish them well, but I won't take that risk in the future.
