no delivery

after placing a order paid in full for a delivery 4 weeks in advance, took a day holiday for the items to arrive and waited and waited, come 4pm still no sign, so i called there customers service team, and asked where is my delivery and told me it wont be here today, i was like you are kidding me here, 4 weeks notice for a delivery (4 rads)been told it was there delivery company that messed up, sorry wicks that is no good to me 1 day holiday lost, ended up costing me 2 days holidays because of there laziness , came up with excuses on top of excuses1st time ive been to wicks and left with a very bitter taste, i wont be back, and not even a apologie
