Hello,I went into the Wicks Store on Leads Road, Hull to enquire about a fitted bathroom. I was attended by somebody called ‘Wendy’ I explained what I needed and wanted and said please could I get a quote etc. In return, She was so so rude with her response and completely just told us that “he won’t go out for that buy it off the shop floor” For a customer who has a budget of 2-3k and to receive such awful customer service and attitude is not on! So disappointed as we are 1st time home buyers and was looking forward to work with Wicks. Will not be returning for anything again.
