Avoid at all costs

Extremely poor service for returning heavy items. They use a courier that has proven to be completely ineffective. I've experienced three failed collection attempts, with the courier providing a late two-hour window and failing to show up as promised. I even stayed up late hoping they would arrive, but they never did. This situation reflects very poorly on the customer service and their inability to switch to a different courier after the first two failed attempts.

Frustrating experience

The cupboard I received was damaged on the corner. While I managed to position it at the back, the door also has corner damage. It took a week to get a response, but there was no resolution as I was blamed for the damage. After spending thousands, I am disappointed that they can't even provide a replacement for the damaged door.

Kitchen installation disaster

We have been left without a kitchen for over five months. Our new kitchen was scheduled for mid-May, but the fitters demanded extra payment for additional work after removing our kitchen and then vanished. The company has not resolved this issue, and we are now forced to take legal action. We have been living without running water or a working kitchen, with the old kitchen still taking up space.

Complete chaos from start to finish

I encountered numerous issues when trying to purchase fence panels and a gate. I was overcharged by £300 at checkout and received the wrong items. After multiple collection attempts and numerous phone calls, they finally collected the incorrect panels. A week later, I still haven't received my refund.
