After an altercation with a member of staff at the Bishops Stortford branch I was anxious about going back , so while I was in braintree I popped in to get myCoal ! What a difference! The chap got me a trolly, loaded it up waited with me while I paid then loaded it all into my car , but of a journey but I’ll be going to braintree on a regular basis from now on !!
