Several cut outs to the service this month. No refunds for the time unable to connect as far as I'm aware. Complicated system to register devices with a limit on device changes. My WiFi extender I use for my PC was not compatible with this service so I've had to continue with DBI Wifi. Currently trying to cancel but cancellation requires phoning their support desk - very inconvenient.
Overall wouldn't recommend unless you have no other option.
