I contacted Wifinity to cancel my service and spoke with Liana. She was very helpful and professional, and the whole thing was sorted in about a minute. The process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. Great customer service — thank you, Liana!
Stephanie H was so thorough when I called, and she followed up with updates about how soon my problem could be resolved. Super helpful and friendly, genuinely lovely customer service. I called yesterday, and the problem is solved today. So grateful.
I spoke with a fantastic representative in Customer Services today. She was courteous, efficient, and had a delightful laugh! Her instructions were clear, and she was easy to communicate with. A true asset to the company, I highly recommend reaching out to their customer service for any issues.
My connection issues were expertly handled by the representative. I was initially hesitant to call, worried about being rushed or misunderstood, but he patiently guided me through my phone settings until we found a solution. His professionalism and kindness made the experience outstanding. I appreciated how he made sure I had network access before ending the call, which was very reassuring.

I've been a dissatisfied customer of the company on and off since 2022. After three years, their internet services remain inadequate, and I'm still facing the same issues. Recently returning to my living situation, I'm again paying £30/month for promised speeds that are never delivered. Consistent latency and high ping make online gaming and streaming impossible. For someone living far from home, one would expect basic internet standards in 2025. My email history shows numerous support tickets from 2022 to now, and many others on base share similar complaints. Some even go home for job interviews because the service is unreliable for simple video calls. It's shocking that a company like this monopolizes internet services for the armed forces but fails to provide adequate speeds for basic needs. Previously, another provider had no issues, but since this company took over, the quality has significantly declined. This is clearly a problem with the company's service commitment, not the hardware installed. Absolutely unacceptable.
