DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would put zero stars, I don’t have that option. This company haven’t even stepped over my front door yet and they are appalling already. They will contact you at 7am (unnecessarily waking me up) by email, phone, WhatsApp and text saying they are coming next day. When I rang after waiting three hours was told they are not coming, with no offer of looking to see if an engineer was in my area. If you are a social housing client they will treat you as a non working benefit scrounger. Absolutely no respect. I have explained that I have to book my holidays a year in advance. They do not listen to I also strongly suspect that they’ve let porn spam into my WhatsApp. Their booking system is unable to take bookings a month and beyond. They have booked an appointment for all day today without my consultation. I’ve told them I’m at work, but the spam still continues that they are coming today. They will come and they will log this as a refusal of entry to your Housing Association and get you in trouble with said Association.
