Wiggett Group UK. A dreadful company. Not to to be trusted. They make appointments for electrical inspection, send a text to say they are coming, do NOT turn up, with NO explanation or apology! After the horrible experience a few years back, I don't want their engineers near my home!

I've been booked an electrical inspection via my housing association and as I work I am not able to be present for this. I've called their number 6 times (am & pm on different days) with no reply and no voicemail. How can a company not answer calls??

There van driver is very dangerous and…

There van driver is very dangerous and careless. Cutting in and out of traffic from the Dartford crossing to Basildon. Undertaking, cutting everyone up on the A13. All this in a sign written van of the company he works for. What great advertising. Something needs to be done e about this driver before he causes a serious accident when his poor and dangerous driving standards. Can registration number VN73 ZBP

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would put zero stars, I don’t have that option. This company haven’t even stepped over my front door yet and they are appalling already. They will contact you at 7am (unnecessarily waking me up) by email, phone, WhatsApp and text saying they are coming next day. When I rang after waiting three hours was told they are not coming, with no offer of looking to see if an engineer was in my area. If you are a social housing client they will treat you as a non working benefit scrounger. Absolutely no respect. I have explained that I have to book my holidays a year in advance. They do not listen to I also strongly suspect that they’ve let porn spam into my WhatsApp. Their booking system is unable to take bookings a month and beyond. They have booked an appointment for all day today without my consultation. I’ve told them I’m at work, but the spam still continues that they are coming today. They will come and they will log this as a refusal of entry to your Housing Association and get you in trouble with said Association.

"Morning or afternoon"?

It's 2025 and the Wiggett Group can still only offer morning or afternoon appointments. In fact at first they just say an engineer will come between 8am & 5pm, you have to call them to get it narrowed down to 'morning or afternoon'. For my last appointment I waited in all afternoon but no-one turned up! No phone call or text to tell me. They really need to modernise their appointment system even if they can only give a 1 or 2 hour time slot like many other companies.

This company is unfair to customers

This company are under contract and treated me unfairly by letting me waiting for 9 hours for an appointment that they never kept, then they put a paper through the letter box falsely claiming that they attended which is a lie. I asked them to compensate me for the time they wasted but they refused, a very unfair way to treat customers.
